A number of Palestinian factions praised the truck-ramming resistance attack in occupied al-Quds ('Jerusalem') on Sunday which led to killing 4 Israeli troopers and injuring 15 others, 8 of whom sustained grave injuries. The young man responsible for the attack was gunned down.
The Islamic Resistance Movement, Hamas, blessed the heroic operation and stressed that it was a natural response to the continuing Israeli crimes.
Hamas spokesman Abdul-Latif al-Qanou' told the PIC that the operation was as a natural reaction to the continuing Israeli crimes against and violations of al-Aqsa Mosque and the Palestinian holy sites.
Al-Qanou' called on the Palestinian citizens of the occupied West Bank and Quds to escalate the resistance operations against the Israeli troopers and settlers and defend al-Aqsa Mosque and the rights of the Palestinian people.
He added that the operation confirmed the Palestinians' adherence to resistance.
For its part, the Palestinian al-Ahrar Movement praised the anti-occupation attack, which proves the persistence of the Intifada and the Israeli security system's failure, calling for more similar operations.
Spokesman of the Islamic Jihad, Daud Shihab, supporting the previous statements, considered the operation a natural response to the Israeli crimes against the Palestinian people.
